📦 Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)

  • All orders are shipped from our roastery in Aceh, Indonesia.
  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • We work with trusted couriers (JNE, J&T, POS Indonesia, and others) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide so coffee lovers across the globe can enjoy Aceh’s finest beans.
  • Delivery times vary: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

💰 Refund & Return Policy

Since coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand by our products.

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The package arrived damaged or defective.
  • Your order was lost during shipping.

Refund Process

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order details and photos (if applicable).
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • If you simply dislike the taste (coffee preference is subjective).
  • If more than 7 days have passed since delivery.
  • If the package has been opened or tampered with.

Yes, orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as the coffee has not yet been roasted or shipped.

Absolutely! We deliver worldwide. International delivery usually takes 7–21 business days depending on your location and customs.

Sometimes shipping carriers experience delays beyond our control. Please allow extra time during holidays or high-traffic seasons. If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days (international) or 10 days (domestic), contact us and we’ll assist you.

If you receive the wrong product, simply email us with a photo and order number. We’ll ship you the correct coffee at no extra cost.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Unfortunately, no. Coffee taste is subjective, and since beans are perishable, we can’t take them back once opened. But if there’s a genuine issue (wrong item, damaged package), we’ll make it right.

We roast in small batches and ship immediately to ensure you receive coffee that’s as fresh, aromatic, and flavorful as possible.
