3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed directly through our website.
• We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout.
• All payments must be made in full before your order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship both locally within Indonesia and internationally.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
• Casablanca Coffee Roastery is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@casablancacoffeeroastery.com.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed after reviewing your request.
